A good investment
I have just replaced my old LifeProof case on my Pixel XL with a new one. My phones have a hard life and I killed three in two years before i got my LifeProof case. Looks good, doesn't work.
So the case is impressive at first take. It is surprisingly not too bully and clips together VERY securely. And for a case that at one point cost $100 it should do everything exceptionally well, beyond expectation. Well. It might protect your phone but usability suffers. The screen makes an annoying tapping on plastic sound, sometimes the finger print scanner doesn't work cause of the case and my camera WILL NOT focus with the case on. And yes I've cleaned it with cleaner and screen wipes etc and the lens itself (phone is a new replacement btw) and I have to take it out of the case if I want to take a picture. Is the case worth $15? Yeah, sure. But beware of the annoyances. I sure will not buy a new LifeProof case for any phone ever after this.
