Worth the price.
Awesome suction. Almost too much. It filled the catcher container AFTER use of my old vacuum. A bit expensive but worth it. If you are serious about getting the dirt out, spend the money. Only knock is that on certain rugs, the suction will lift the rug right off the floor. On deep pile carpet the brush needs to be turned off. Switch is handy and needed when doing baseboards, etc. . Learning to use a vac all over again. Compared to this one, I never had one before. It is light in weight and easy to move around. Cord is nice and long. Be careful when you empty the catcher. One slider catch and it is all on the floor again. Could not be easier. Downside: Hose is flimsy and does not look like it will take much abuse when it is used for upholstery and baseboards. Heavy and unwieldy
I’m not sure I will keep this vacuum; it is heavy, clunky, first like to stand up (unclicks without being asked to). It lacks the small conveniences that our older Dyson has, like being able to undo the wound up cord easily by turning the top hook. I’m really disappointed with how cheap it is for so much money, and I thought I got a good price for it. It’s a huge vacuum and I had a large animal purple variety Dyson before, it’s larger than that. It does suck like a champ, but it isn’t necessarily beneficial because it just sucks area rugs, even heavy one, right up and then the vacuum is immovable. Nearly breaks your back and is really hard in the shoulder. I can’t recommend this one, I think it would be horrible on wall to wall also.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Decent vacuum.
It's easy to clean the canister from AND the top plus you can wash the filter. Gets a bit duster when cleaning to do it in a place where you won't need to re-clean extensively (like OUTSIDE). Slightly heavy to pick up but so far so good. Good suction but for larger pieces to vacuum up you may have to slightly lift the vacuum head up to pick them up. It's not a Kirby but then it's not $700 either (or however much they cost). I got this for $225? I can't remember precisely. Anyway it is a good vacuum and if you want a good vacuum you will have to pay a bit more for one. Love my Dyson!!
This Dyson is awesome. Easy to use. I own a Rainbow vacuum that I have used for years and it was expensive and more complicated to use. This is a plug, go and dump type of vacuum. No bags to fuss with. Comes with attachments. I may never use another vacuum, this Dyson is amazing how well it cleans up, very powerful. Let the ball roll.
Never believed the claims made in the advertisement. It really does suck, dirt that is. Would like the cord to be of a more flexible material as it is bit stiff. Dyson Ball multifloor 2 vacuum review
Has fantastic suction and maneuverable, but the features are terrible. The cord rubber is not soft and flexible, the vacuum is heavy and clumsy, the plastic parts look specifically breakable, it is very loud, the hose and extension is a joke and I will not be using. The internet has lots of used ones for sale? I would liked to have purchased a stick model but they do not have acceptable suction. Should have had a floor light.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very strong suction, big improvement over my 9 year old dyson
My last Dyson is going out so purchased this based on solid reviews. The suction is substantially better The whole thing is lighter so good for stairs The pop out wand attaches and detaches much easier The hose is longer. The attachment clips are better (attachments stay attached to vacuum) The attachments themselves are improved The canister is easy to empty Best of all, the dust particles don't get stuck in the little holes like my old dyson does so I can simply empty into trash bag. My old dyson, the dust particles gets stuck in the canister holes and requires using your hand to kind of rub them out. NOT FUN and makes it a pain to emtpy. The only thing is that this unit runs very hot and I think my unit (being a refurb unit) the hose handle doesn't quite attach to the unit quite perfectly and requires a little jimmying.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Yellow/Orange Dyson Ball Multi Floor 2 Sweeper
Love my new Dyson Ball sweeper. It cleans the floors very well and is easy to maneuver with the Ball. It was rated #1 in Consumer Reports for the last two years. That is why I wanted this model. Best vacuum we have ever used!
This is the mac truck of vacuum cleaners, my husband's words! It is almost self propelled on carpets! This is our 2nd Dyson vacuum. We decided to replace our old Dyson, smaller version, after years of use. The vacuum was easy to assemble. Excellent pictorial and verbiage instructions were simple to follow. This vacuum picked up so much embedded dust/dirt, as we live in a desert, where the wind carries dirt into our home when the windows are open, we were shocked when we saw the container fill up! This vacuum sucked up so much embedded fine dirt that is not visible to the naked eye! We are totally impressed! It is heavier than our older smaller model, but that also aids in how well it cleans. It throws off more heat than the smaller model also. It is easy to clean, as was our older model and it is MUCH quieter than the smaller model. We are thrilled about that! We are most pleased with the performance of this vacuum cleaner! The beater brush is a bit too much on lighter weight large area rugs. The vacuum can be run without the use of the beater brush on those rugs, works great! The hose attachment is also ez to use, with the attachments on board of the unit. What a powerful vacuum.
I vacuumed with my old vacuum the day before my dyson arrived. I used it and filled up the dust trap. I dumped it, and vacuumed some more. Filled up the dust trap. Dumped it again and was on my way to filling it a third time when the cord for my headset got caught. The cord was sucked into the vacuum at the speed of a train, unplugging the cord and shredding it to pieces. This is a powerful vacuum.
