Nice little camera
I won't say something new that hasn't been said about this camera, but still here it is. I like its compact size and feeling in the hand. Coming from a Canon the menu looks too confusing, but I will get use to it. Will see how it holds up on the long term.

Lens connection to camera is faulty
It's a great camera, it's a great lens, but the lens i received has some fault with the connection: A slight movement can cause the electrical connection with the camera to drop out until you reattach the lens. This means you lose autofocus, and all other electronic information relay. My other lenses work fine, so it's not a problem with the camera. I will be pursuing a replacement lens, and will update this review if it goes well.

Excellent small camera
Excellent little camera with a good quality kit lens to start with. The camera has lots of settings to get used to, so its a steep learning curve for a novice, but I am happy with the purchase and the camera will do me well for quite a while. The camera does have a full auto mode switch, which gives good results, but to get the best you need to learn how to adjust the camera for different scenarios, this can be done via the quick menu and different settings can be put on the quick menu, so you have access to the settings you need, as well as configuring the buttons on the camera to perform various actions. Plenty of tutorials on youtube to help with the settings and setup.
