Seriously consider trying..
It’s a great piece of kit, simple as that! It’s very comfortable to use and pretty intuitive once you’ve programmed it to suit you. Installing onto a Mac (depending on which OSX version you have) can be frustrating and not as straightforward as ought to be but once you’re connected it’s a doddle to set any of the buttons/wheels to do anything you want. I had the Loupedeck Plus before this and while it was literally plug in and go and definitely an excellent device, it needs considerable time spent getting at one with it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Impressed with quality and versatility. Bought for video editing but can be adapted to other applications using keyboard shortcuts. Although 15 buttons and two control wheels many can have more than one function programmed eg two presses for faster play speed. Perfect editing and recording tool for audio professionals
The Shuttle Pro just works straight out the box. I'm a working VoiceOver artist and I use TwistedWave on the Mac as my primary recording and editing software for day to day recording and using this product has completely revolutionised my workflow and speed. I estimate that I've improved at least 30% in terms of the speed with which I can now record and edit which enables me to get more done in a quicker and more efficient way and ultimately leads to me having more personal time for me in my own life so a win win on all levels. An editors must-buy
If you're an editor this is a must-buy. I've been using these for about 5 years and couldn't imagine using Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve without one. The jog wheel is so much better than macropods three times as expensive.
