Brand new note used. These wrenches were made by the Snap on corporation/Williams for caterpillar tools, USA. This is a very large wrench set. That includes sizes 6 mm all the way up to 19 mm with no skips. This set would cost you around 1000 bucks if you buy it from Snap on. It also includes the black rollup seen in the photos. This item is brand new never used. Packaging was opened only for photos. Packaging may or may not include original price sticker. I had to open one to take photos if that is an issue, do not buy it.
