These balding clippers are the best I have owned. I have flat-topped my own hair for more years than I care to mention, doing so has saved me a fortune in barbers bills. The Whal Balding clipper has a sturdy feel of quality next to none. It gives a great close back and sides shave, the closest I have ever had. I regret not buying these earlier. I have used many different supposedly top brands, they do not compare. I have read complaints about the noise of the motor. Unfounded. I have used far noisier. These are an impressive piece of kit, weighty and powerful with a great clunk from the motor when you turn them on! They cut exceptionally well, if you're used to standard clippers you do need to slow down slightly but the finish is worth it.
