This workout is different from Billy's others. There are a lot of dance moves, and Billy tries to rap several times. The music is different too. The only song I found annoying was one about halfway through that goes, "watch your weight....yeah, yeah, yeah. Watch your weight....yeah, yeah, yeah." This workout is less challenging than Celebrity Fit Sculpt. I'm not sorry that I bought this workout---I just use it on days when I'm not feeling 100%, as it is easier than a lot of his other workouts. Overall, this workout left me feeling like Billy is trying to get more hip and maybe appeal to a younger crowd. He calls the viewer "girlfriend" and says at the end that we're all celebrities for taking care of ourselves. Honestly, I was hoping to see some new moves that Billy uses with his celebrity clients...that's what the dvd description alluded to. If you like to dance, you'll love this workout. If you're looking for no-frills cardio, try Billy's Tae Bo Cardio and Tae Bo Flex dvds.Read full review

I have owned other Billy Blanks exercise videos and cd's before and this one is just as great! Great workout and fun too! This one is a little longer at 43 minutes but has a cool down at the end that feels really good and there is nothing boring about this CD. Keeps you motivated through out!
This is a challenging new Tae Bo video that will definetely do the job of getting you in shape! I add it to my large library of Tae Bo workouts. It is a workout I do when I want to challenge myself. Billy Blanks has put out another top quality workout DVD!
