Okay so honestly most people think of this as one of the worst games on Virtual Boy but its because they misunderstand the game. Basically its just a simple arcade clone of "Asteroids" with a 3D element and a splash of the game "Defender." Its actually a fun game when you compare it to "Asteroids" and "Defender" mixed together.
touted as the worst game on the worst gaming platform ever, i actually found this game rather enjoyable. i wouldnt spend an entire paycheck on it. some pricing seems to be a bit high. but if you can find one kinda cheap (say less than 40 buckazoids) i would recommend picking one up for your virtual boy collection.
I enjoyed the graphics and the game play. Was engaging and was fun to play.

Life is made richer by experiencing a wider variety of games. There are the great games like Halflife, Donkey Kong and Golden Eye that make the possibilities seem endless and then there is Virtual Boy's Waterworld. A game that defies any definition of enjoyable, compelling, interesting or stimulating entertainment. Yet it exists to take you to a place that you didn't know existed or could exist after Atari's E.T., which makes it a unique experience in itself. Surely there is nothing cooler than to end any debate about the worst game ever than to say "I own Waterworld, would you like to play it? ".
