  • Good Movie Sad Ending

To me" The story is all about perceptions... Young women living in foriegn lands without social graces' brought up in small country town with well off parents, gains love at first sight by well off young man' and both marry!... Soon after the birth of their son' the godfather of the young woman chooses to visit regulary enjoying the delightful company of his god duaghter... "Now for a moment! consider the roles reversed" and lets say its the young man that has the regular daily visits of his unmarried godmother' this would possibly at some point cuase a strain on the relationship of the two and the woman displeased of the private discussions and letters between them.... Let me go on" to the original story... The young woman is upset to find that the gossip in social standings going around has cuased him to request that the frequency of the godfathers visits be stopped by which the young woman is offended leeding to their relationship diminishing and eventual parting.... Looking at the reverse it seems a little difficult to imagine how everyone is so accepting at the close that the woman has done no wrong" but if the roles of the situation were reversed it would be clear that the man was doing wrong by entertaining another woman regularly on a daily basis with private letters passing hands' and it would be hard to imagine any woman putting up with this without telling her husband it has to stop... So my point is" it is a story of perceptions with tragic consequeces for the young couple' perhaps if the woman wasnt so bull headed over the matter! But this is hard to detect with the casual way the movie ends with the woman with everything in her posession... Perhaps it may have karmic accounts attached if it were a real life senario were wealth and property pases over from one soul to the other.
