There are 2 main workouts plus relaxation and extras. The instructions are clear and easy to follow plus you have the option of following one person at a lower level if this is new for you or you need an easier level. I would recommend this as a good regime to try out, particularly if you like yoga. I did not get this to try and lose weight so can't comment on the success of this DVD for weight loss. You don't need a lot of space in order to use it.

I liked the content, it really helps to get fit..I repeat the exercises since 2 weeks for 2-3 days a week, in the mornings. I usually choose workout-1 and instant abs, additionally. Not much dramatical weight loss till now, but, the shape of my body is getting thinner, that was what I aimed..I will try workout-2 in the following weeks.The only thing that would be better, might be some sort of music at the background to keep more motivated. In most yoga/pilates exercises,you hear some relaxing melodies, which I would prefer..

I bought this yoga DVD after reading all the excellent reviews about it. I've only ever done pilates and was interested in yoga too, so this combination interested me especially as it was obviously tailored for weight loss. After using it for a few weeks now, I am really impressed. I can already feel my body getting fitter. It's got simple exercises that really do work and I think the person presenting these exercises is excellent.
This yoga DVD is a very good program. It is slightly harder than I expected but did enjoy the exercise.
