For sale, Mr Blandings Builds His Dream House (1948, DVD). 1948 comedy film starring Cary Grant as a successful advertising accounts executive who impulsively purchases a deteriorating Connecticut country house, but soon, he and his family find themselves with mounting costs and problem after problem. Some obvious signs of usage including marks on the disc, but working perfectly when tested, and in fairly reasonable condition. Only selling as interested in buying a recent Blu-ray version of this rare old film at some point, but also saving up for some travelling in Ireland 🇮🇪hence recent listings. Lovely old film which you will enjoy, a somewhat reluctant sale on my part, but for now, needs must.
