I researched DVDs which would be good for honing the 'mummy tummy' and this one had rave reviews. It's jolly hard work but I felt my muscles being stretched and toned. I also felt after effects for a couple of days so it was definitely affecting my body. It's great that the DVD is designed for you to do altogether or to choose short sectons to fcus on the areas you want or just if you don't have much time. .I haven't been doing it regularly but I think you'd see great results if you stuck at it.

Lovely DVD for beginners. Easy to follow exercises but you are also given some advice how to make them more challenging. It's a great option for those with not much time but with some will to change something. You can feel the difference! I've bought a lot of fitness workout DVDs but this is one of a few I use regularly.
