Kingdom of Heaven; Like so many before it and many more to come! But i suppose thats why I like it. However, it does have a slight twist to it, its revolves around religious beliefs and morales. An all star cast in which every star plays an important role in the events that occur. There is, of course, a love story involved but where would any epic battle film be without one. The best part, for me, was the siege of Jerusalem. Tristan and Isolde; Set back in the time just after the Romans, this makes it a very different film from the rest. There is no epic battles, only a few minor scruffs between sides, however, this only adds to the film. Again there is a love story, very similar, in style, to Romeo and Juliet but it's vital to the storyline. My personal favourite scene is the marriage scene, such a beautiful setting. A deffinate must see. Braveheart; Do i even need to review this film!? Everyone has at least heard of Braveheart. It is epic, classic and fantastic! (cheesey, eh?) Tonnes of action and epic battles and, you guessed it, a love story. It's a much more emotional film than the others but don't let it put you off.
