Essential for sufferers of back pain
This is an essential for all sufferers of long time back pain. The microwaved stored heat lasts much longer than equivalent wheat or barley bags, or clumsy hot water bottle, and because the instructions prevent overheating, it not burn you. Each pack will eventually need replacing (usually through a mistake in overheating) but for pain relief without medication these packs are the best thing I know. There are various fabric wraps to fit the pack according to where you want the warmth located, but I still use my original back wrap from many years ago. This is my 3rd replacement thermal core pack in about 10 years, so the cost overall is minimal, but the benefit is amazing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
