when I got this I wasnt too sure & with out fixing the long arm on the machine itself it worked beautifully you cant hear it like some its very easy to assemble & the water comes thru just as it should I have no trouble in making this a winner only one thing I need to buy the little white nodules to put in the bottom after they get dirty & are suppose to be replaced after awhile so its not going to come with extras they come separate but happy & glad that I got it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I’ve tried various secondary filters for my 65g tank. All of them have ended up in the bin. The last one I bought, a well known brand internal filter, was so noisy and the vibration against the glass so horrendous that I was really hesitant about this one. I set it up in the corner of my tank and positioned the spray bar so it pointed towards the back wall of the tank, switched it on and WOW ...... so quiet, I had to check it was working!
