brilliant little machine
i use this machine in my house as my everyday machine its quick quiet and washes and dries clothes great i got rid of my automatic and can wash our clothes in a fraction of the time with this great little machine i love it and would recommend it to anyone there are 2 of us in our house and its great i only wish i had got the one with the spinner pump as i had to fit a drain pipe into my kitchen for it to drain down low so pump would have lifted the water higher to the drain but i just plug the hose into my drain pipe plug in and fill with water and brilliant my clothes are washed and dried in no time i can do approx 8 loads of washing in the time the automatic took to do 1 load so i get all my washing through the machine and out on the roap giving it all day to get dried i would recomend this machine to anyone who values there time and who likes there clothes getting a good wash i also feel the clothes look cleaner coming out the twin tub the wash adgitator is powerful and washes 3 pairs of jeans in 1 load 15 minutes and all 3 pairs washed i have even washed my sofa in this machine the cushions all come off and it washed them great best money i have spent on a machine would definatly recomendVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

surprised and impressed!
was hesitate in buying this item, as in looks, it seems a bit plasticy and cheap, but, once it arrived, i was surprised with the quality of the item. yes the instructions are vague, but a bit of common sense is all that is required really to use it. the washing i do generally includes muddy, oily and stained clothes, and i was impressed with how all these cleaned up. then i tried some bed linen in it, i was a bit apprehensive as it does not look like it is big enough to hold a double bedding set, but sure enough it did and came out clean. (as long as enough water is used to make sure the clothes are 'floating' so it does not strain the agitator too much) the spinner part is good too, but only small, but doesn't half get a speed up, and i did manage to use it with the washing machine side on too, so that was good to get a continuous cycle going. overall impressed!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Washes well, light and portable, spin only one or a few items at a time.
Nice unit, washes well. The unit does not have any water pump so draining needs to have a sink or water destination below the base of the machine. The dial on top either starts it washing or opens the drain valve. When spin drying dont load it up to the top as it will likely not balance or run well..... single heavy items (large towel) need to be placed in around the edge so that it is balanced when spinning and it helps a lot as it does not vibrate if you do this. I have filled it via bucket rather than use the hoses, which then allows it to be positioned wherethe drian is. If it had a pump it would have 5 stars, otherwise it does the job well.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Performs well
Good little washer, performs well, exceptionally good spinner, inlet tube is lacking in substance (which I don't use I reckon it doesn't fit any type of taps at all but I can live with it), not overly noises but you can hear it (don't mind that cause then I know it's working when I'm not looking). Great little machine
Quieter and much more efficient than I expected. Very lightweight to move around. You can only do small amounts at a time but it does clean stuff well. Mini washing machine
We bought this to use on our extended motorhoming travels. So easy to set up (we dont use the infill hose - just fill with a bucket or hose). Makes quick work of doing our washing on sites. The spin function is great at wringing out 95% of the water, leaving clothes virtually dry. Just a quick 30 minutes in the sun and job done. It is large but fits in our motorhome boot. It has paid for itself already on one trip, compared to site costs or laundrettes - particularly in France with 5-8€ per wash. Takes a big load too! LOVELY LITTLE WASHER
I live in a situation where water supplies are manual and occasionally intermittent so this little machine is ideal. It's light weight and I can move it around wherever I need it. I was manually able to load the water with kettles and saucepans for the first wash as running water wasn't available (pipes frozen) but it wasn't a problem and it did a fantastic first job. Its much more controllable than a normal domestic machine and I actually re-used the water for my dogs dirty towels before draining the water. So very eco from my point of view. Its a brilliant bit of kit for a mobile lifestyle and it brought back lots of memories of how my mum used to do washing when I was a kid. I love it. Does the job :)
Bought this as a cheap temporary solution to my washing needs as my old regular washing machine had died. Since using it I have decided not to bother buying a new washing as this is perfect for my needs, At this point I need to mention that I am a single person, my youngest is away at university, so I don't have great deal of weekly washing. However, this a small, compact but powerful little machine. It washes well, my clothes come out clean and the little spinner does a superb job, which rivals that of my old washing machine. It is fairly lightweight, I am able to lift it into the bath on my own. I use an extension lead which I plug into one of my hallway sockets. The downside to this machine is I am unable to wash my sheets and bedding, as the spinner capacity is too small, I have a lovely daughter who happy to let me use her machine for my bedding. Other than that I am happy with my purchase. I have been using this Costway 5kg portable compact twin tub for over 6 months, without any problems, and would definitely recommend it :)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I love this machine, ypu can make multiple washes in a short period of time and they come out much cleaner than an automatic machine.
