Probably the most important thing about dying something is that it is the colour you want after that the colour needs to be even and if it is easy to use then you have a winner. Unfortunately the colour is described as Royal Blue, which suggest vibrance, but it definitely was not it dried to a slate blue colour, quite dull. It was particularly disappointing as it took a lot of effort to get everything right and the colour looked perfect while it was wet. I was only dying a very small amount so I had not used too little dye. It not only dried to a dull colour it also had an uneven colour which really shocked me. It was a total waste of time and money and the top I had dyed had to go in the bin.
