Makes online gaming more bearable!
This product is very easy to set up - you literally just plug it in and it works. It's designed so a toddler can get it up and running without hassle! I enjoyed the fact that it came with two ethernet cables, which is necessary to connect a device (PS4 in my case) to one of the adaptors and my router to the other adaptor. I enjoy playing fighting games such as Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and Injustice so this allows me to get the most out of the online netcode by using as much of my internet bandwidth as possible. The wireless netcard in the PS4 is not very good and limits my speed and causes poor connections. This powerline adaptor makes it so that I can have faster download/upload speeds on my console. Excellent product, would recommend to anybody. PS. It's also really easy just to plug the etherthet into any device that you would like to be wired; I do this to my PC when I'm downloading large files since obviously an ethernet cable can handle more data than a wireless adaptor!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

bt broadband extender 500 kit
I bought this item thinking that i would get 500mb speed through my power line , but in fact the item is limited to your moderns speed and when we use powerline adapters the passthrough is bottle necked to only 100 mb at its max speed. Has solved my problem
Even though I have the latest hub from BT if find there is not enough bandwidth to stream video wirelessly from my PC to my TV, very jerky and sometimes no sound. This piece of kit has solved the problem so I can now view high qualty video across my home network. I was hoping I would not have to do this, anyway it has fixed this issue so I am very pleased. Even though this was a 'used 'item it was in perfect condition. Superfast dleivery as well, came next day after order! BT Broadband Extender Flex 500 Kit Pass Through Powerline Adapters
I've just had these in service for 48 hours, but I'm very pleased with them. I got them to link a new TalkTalk TV box in the bedroom to my wired network in the study next door, and they seem to work well especially considering that the hub is elderly and linked by iffy cabling to the router downstairs. Plug in and go, no issues so far!
My experience with the BT Broadband Extender Flex 500 power line kit has been fantastic so far. They were ready to go out of the box, one plugged in to my router and the other plugged in to the PC upstairs, and there have been no problems in the month or so since. I have also added a second set of these to the network with no issues. Doesn’t perform how I’d like
I have an extension lead tuning externally from my house The the shed that my boys use to ‘Hang out’. They often say that they wish they would get WiFi down there so I thought this expended or Ethernet through the Power line would be ideal. Once it arrive and plugged it all in noticed there was not signals getting to the shed via the extension lead. Having read through the instructions that came with the item it’s does say that it wouldn’t work through power cords. BT 500 Powerline Adapter
I bought this to replace a TP-Link Adapter that had become unstable after a few years constant us. This is a little larger but is very solid and so far has been completely reliable.
