This element is good value for a genuine product ,I've paid twice this price, . Because I had changed this element before , job was done in 15mins. So have to see how long it lasts, the previous one lasted three and half years, I was told with cooker elements ,never turn them fully off when you have finished cooking always turn the temp down to 100 or 75c for a couple of minutes then switch off, this will extend the life of the element.
