When dry has a lovely sheen on flags. The liquid is white so it takes more brushing out than clear liquid used before, so it takes much longer to cover area. The finish though is excellent.

I purchased this path seal previously from another supplier and this went well. I changed to this supplier for the 2nd lot I required as it was very slightly cheaper. On arrival I was disappointed to see that the seal was in 2 yellow coloured containers, like the earlier ones, but that these did not have a label with the brand name thereon. The rear of each container had a copy of the instructions similar to the previous purchase. The milky like substance contained within appeared initially similar, but once in the low pressure washer didn't 'froth' up like the earlier seal. I used the lot as I needed to before the weather changed. \It seemed like a diluted version on the earlier seal and once the washer was empty there was no residue, unlike in the previous use. I am unable to test the product and cannot comment on its effectiveness for some time. I didn't want to leave negative feedback and wrote on 3 occasions to the supplier with my comments asking for a response but I've had none. Read full review

I bought this sealer for my block paving having previously used on my Cotswold patio flags. The sealer is not permanent, over a period of several months especially with heavy rain it will wash off. However, when it is applied it does provide a high quality seal that is water ,oil and general dirt repellent. The claim that it also helps minimise the uv effects of the sun are probably true but hard to confirm with certainty. The sealer will darken the surfaces treated and this becomes more apparent when the surfaces get wet. This is very noticeable on a flagstone the colour of Cotswold but may be less so on darker products. The sealer is very easy to apply either with roller or brush, but take care not to over apply and leave pools of sealer on the surface. If you do,this will leave unsightly white stains on the surface treated when dry. In summary,if you want a good quality sealer and are prepared to apply the sealer a couple of times a year this is a good quality product.Read full review

Probably good on the right materials, mine was 20 year old slabs that had been pressure washed many times and were very porous. On this kind of substrate the stuff didn’t go as far as you think and needed at least 4 coats to give a reasonable finish. The slabs were riven also which makes application with a roller very hard work to get it into all the hills and holes. In the end it was worth a go but I am not confident it will last long and I think it’ll then be time to have them up and start again!

I used this sealer after trying had to bring life into my old concrete slab in the garden. I had to use a grinder to grind the top of the concrete and then give it a good wash with a concrete cleaner and then applied the sealer. IT TOOK ABOUT FOUR Coats to get the desired sheen. But after the had work it is looking good.
