Excellent value, fit for purpose OEM kit..
Bought from Lexus Edinburgh and fitted at local dealership. These nav kits were designed for this car and cost £995 as a factory option on new cars or aftermarket for the same price. Operating the whole media system has a bit of lag until you accept/get used to it, especially if you’re used to latest smartphone speeds on other devices. But pitched against, say a TomTom or Garmin it is so much better than having USB cables and suction cup holders to faff on with and no worries about damage or theft of a loose sat nav rattling about in the car as it uses your existing in car media screen and the unit itself lives tucked away within the depths under the centre console. If you can get it for under £300 it will be quite likely to get you your money back when changing the car considering the added resale value of factory fitted nav being “a grand’s worth of option”
Simple to use, does not take long to get your destination programmed clear map and options to zoom and split screen etc- I set it up by simply navigating through the menus without opening the handbook! Much unlike later and somewhat over complicated Lexus navs can be.
Pros: Manufacturer part.
Is a really decent sat nav and does the job well.
Cons: the whole media system has a lag when operating that modern luxury cars arguably should not.
