Works best for dogs suffering from allergies - that cause tearing.
Yes, this product does work, but it is incumbent on the dog's owner to be sure that your dog does NOT have tearing due to a medical issue that needs to be addressed by your vet -such as extra eyelashes that may turn inward & scratch or irritate the eye. (They can be surgically removed). The dog may have an eye infection, injury or eye ulcer -again; that would require vet care. This powder works best for dogs suffering from allergies and that have tearing due to that (IMO). Constant tearing can cause a brown yeast discoloration on the constantly wet skin/coat. The product helps to combat the discoloration. But only the OWNER (and their vet) can fix the root problem that is causing the tearing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

WHAT has Happened?
Angel Eyes worked like a CHARM on my Toy Poodle for years......then it quit working when it over-reached it's expiration date].......thus, I bought another NEW Bottle, but for some unknown reason it is no longer working for my dog. Don't know if it has something to do with his system OR bad batch of product??? Disappointed chihuahua owner.
I've heard many good reviews for this product, so when I was given a chihuahua as a gift I purchased a small container of chicken flavoured Angel eyes oral powder. I've been giving my dog this supplement every day in her food and although I've seen some improvement in tear stains, it's not as good as I expected. Great product it even works well for the dogs paws too. My dog is always biting on his paws & it makes them brown and around the mouth but using the angel eyes keeps it clear. I have been using for 10 years with my pooch and never had a problem, plus it's a great price here for the size. It would cost a whole lot more in the stores, so thanks a lot for the price. Less Filling, Taste Like Chicken
We have used this product in years past when our maltipoo was a puppy and it worked great! Staining went away and most amazingly, she eventually did not require continued use. She is now 11 years old and we noticed new staining. We have been giving her Angle Eyes for about a week now and the staining has stopped and is all but gone! An added benifit is that she loves it, and with the Angle Eyes sprinkeled on, gobbles her food up like it's a steak.
