Worth trying
With a pretty poor sleep pattern over 50 years several hours of being awake on most nights has not been unusual and nights have certainly not always been welcome. I would rate my expectation of sleep generally as 5/10. This leaves one feeling tired and flat during most days with performance certainly impaired, although one gets used to it.
So I tried these Vita Premium 5 HTP 3 months ago, commencing with 100mgm before bed time with a small amount of Carbohydrates as recommended. I did not notice much, if any difference, although I did not persist at that dose, instead increasing the nocturnal dose to 200 mgm.
An immediate difference and just a little as though I had taken a soporific on that night. I was pleased with the night and the feeling of relaxation that remained. I have taken these at the doseage of 200 mgm for 2 months plus, having purchased another supply.
Generally I am sure that my sleep is better. I never again felt as though I had taken a soporific and I try to leave the 5HTP off for one night of every week.
Overall it is fair to say that I could rate my sleep since commencing this preparation as 7/10, so for me at least well worth it.
