The newer style heads have an internal groove instead and a lot of the brushes will only take 1 type. The C250 can only take the modern style of head and not the sensitive or Triple Action heads.

This product gets right into your teeth,it also tells you when it’s been 30 seconds until it has been 2 minutes which is recommended time for anyone to clean teeth. Would recommend this,only thing is it’s difficult to get the heads in the shops unless it’s the white ones. Ordered as needed but didn't actually open it for a few weeks only to fine that one of the heads has been used!! Not only that they do not fit my brush. Perfect for the Colgate Omron 150
I found it difficult finding replacement heads for my Colgate Omron 150 battery toothbrush. Colgate EU were not particularly helpful so, having already wasted money on one set of heads that didn't work, I was apprehensive about these. In the event they fit perfectly, I can't understand why Colgate did not specify them in their reply to me.
