Love It!
Love this Neato!! My house is cleaner than ever! Turbo & Eco cleaning styles are a nice choice. It amazes me how much stuff "Buzz" picks up, dirt, lint, dust, dog hair, etc. The dirt bin is simple to empty and there are many "how to" videos that Neato provides to purchasers of their product. I don't care for the filter that came with this Neato as it is enclosed in a plastic mesh cover. Directions say to replace monthly but it would last longer if it could be cleaned. I've found several features of this machine will not work with 4G satellite internet. I have been unable to schedule "Buzz" to run daily due to his inability to load a floor plan and this also negates using features such as the "No Go Lines." Very disappointing
I researched looking for the best robotic vacuum for dog hair. My son is a 100% disabled vet and I wanted to get something that would make household cleaning easier for him. He has a German Shepherd. The vacuum goes only a few inches before needing to be emptied. He vacuumed several times with his Dyson before trying "Fred" the vacuum and he simply can't use it on his carpet. Great way to keep floors clean

Life changing purchase
This botvac is more than I expected. It is easy to use, reliable and very quiet. It is a dream come true to wake up in the morning to a clean house. Rosie, our new D5 has become a valued member of our family, just like the Jestons. She does her job as scheduled at 12 midnight three days a week . The dust bin is easy to empty and she finds dust bunnies we couldn't even see. I highly recommend this botvac if you are looking to purchase and if your not you should be. Perfect gift
My daughter-in-law is having back surgery and will be unable to do anything physical for several weeks. We bought a Neato several weeks ago and are very happy with the results we get from Cindy (short for Cinderella for doing the work). So we purchased another one as a gift for our daughter-in-law and she is thrilled. She refers to hers as the new member of the family, Rosie (from the Jetson Cartoon). We both love how they get in the tight spots and especially under the beds. It's amazing how much she picks up, even when everything looks clean. So far an awsome product
Wife regularly uses a $2500 rainbow vac that does an amazing job. Just recently had a child, and have 1 lab, and one lab mix. The lab mix sheds pretty bad. And with the new little one, and even before the needed to vacuum almost everyday. The stuff this thing picked up in a short amount of time was insane. Neato D-5 is here to be the cleaner that I know it can be..So Neato lets go and put them a show to remember.
Neato D-5 is as good of a vacuum that I've had. The one before this one lasted over 4 years and with that kind of history I'm glad we purchased this one. They have a lot of a lot more suffocated and harder to use, plus a lot more expensive I'll just stick to this D-5.
