I bought this product as it was recommended by a friend. I have ‘restless legs’ and it worked in terms of helping me have a more restful night. My big gripe is that the bottle was only around half full when delivered. I had to keep shaking the bottle to get the contents down past the empty bit as the empty bit was so long! Seems to work regarding sleep
I put on soles of feet before bedtime and I seem to get a good nights sleep. The dispenser part of the bottle is a bit stiff.
