Hi There, after reading lots of Reviews on the VELOCIFERO Scooters Range especially this model, i decided to take the plunge, and buy one from the Top Uk Dealers VIPER QUADS, they answered all my questions and More. And about Battery Charging Safety, the charger changes from RED to Green when fully charged-Which it does very fast in a couple of hours .Lithium is the way to go-When it arrives in a big box, its very simple to build up, just the front steering section and seat , which fold up this way anyway to transport in your car etc ,and a few wires and tighten all bolts with the tools supplied, Full instructions with colour pictures to show each item to build, Less than 15 minutes to build with 5 minutes Head scratching ,Not needed-please read instructions over a brew its simple, you need also a Helmet and Gloves for your safety.The Scooter is made really well, and this model has liquid hydraulic discs brakes, as apposed to wired discs, it brakes well, I am quite taken back over its power and battery life to keep full power for such a long time, its fun around local parks, and green areas, fun on the beach, take on holiday,folds up great, Yes its costs a lot, but it is well made and bigger than you think, people shout out they want a go lol--Great Fun Folks, you only live life once- buy one, and the only look back will be at people asking for a shot...as you shoot off
