To date this is the best for providing protein when in a cycle where low carbs and fat need to be considered. The ease of mixing is the best on the market, the range and taste of the flavours are excellent and the results, when coupled with a healthy diet and good training plan, are exceptional. This product is a supplement and not a meal replacement, I use it immediately after a workout when the body is in demand for protein to rebuild and when a lean look is required. For a bulking cycle I would use an alternative product where a higher carbon content is necessary.
