For the price, it is a very good buy. It was delivered in just two days and can be built in just a few hours, ( depending on the type of glue you use ). Very little work was needed to refine any jointing parts and is so simple to put together. I built and painted mine on same day as it was delivered. My 3 year old grandson will love it. It takes a bit of care to put together, and you do need all the modelling tools. Saying this, with a bit of paint and imagination you can make it look okay. I used a few different colours and a wash to grime it up a bit, yes it fits on my layout.

Regent Tankers are king
The model makes a great addition to a railway set. Dapol have included couplings and metal wheels which means that it can run better in a railway layout rather than just remaining a model. It is a good model to make.
