This pizza peel paddle is a handy tool is moving your pizza onto or out of the pizza stone. Made from good quality stainless steel and designed for movability and stability. The folding handle folds over to help with the storage when not in use and easy to clean it before and after use. The only drawback is the weight is a little heavy for a chef who is small in stature. This pizza peel is very well made, with a handle that folds over the plate to make storage easy. Opening it out, you simply click the handle into the open position to make it secure. I have used it to lift a 14" diameter pizza off an extremely hot pizza stone, without any difficulty. If your pizzas are bigger than this, you might need to get a larger peel but, for me, this is the perfect size. Good value. Fast, free delivery.
