Generally good, but has faulty handlebars, and poor manual.
This ebike is good, but has a problem. Mileage is reasonable - I managed 48 miles on the battery's initial charge, but I never took the pedal assist above the second level (out of six levels). A great feature is the back wheel lock that is incorporated into the body of the bike. Not so good is the effort needed to pedal the bike along the flat with the motor off; this requires way more effort than it does with my ordinary bike. Having cycled around 30 miles the right pedal developed an annoying click, and now having reached 60 miles it seems the left pedal is beginning to do likewise; perhaps lubrication will sort this out. Pedal clicking is a minor problem, but there is a serious problem with this item, namely the dangerous looseness of the handlebars. The bike has a quick adjust mechanism for the handlebars and handlebar stem, but once adjusted, the stem is unstable and progressively flattens down to its original angle whenever a slight irregularity in road/path surface results in extra pressure being applied to the handlebars. Moreover, the handlebar stem loses its tight grip on the handlebars, such that they rotate. Subsequently I find the handlebars still fail to be held securely, despite tightening the grip of the stem to maximum level. Today I succeeded in reducing the tendency of the handlebars to rotate by inserting strips of aluminium into the gap between handlebars and stem, but the stem still fails to keep to its adjusted position. The manual that comes with it in the box does not feature this particular bike, but is generic for several models; I rate this as being poor. Maybe the company will send down a mechanic to sort out the handlebar stem problem if I ask it.
