I totally love this little food diary! The dairy is well put together with so much information. I haven't gone to slimming world but this book helps with basically everything to keep an eye on someone's diet. The pages are beautiful & even has some motivation to keep going. The food diary is well thought of with careful planning (plus its easy to fit into a handbag). The food diary has great ideas to encourage to eat more vegetables, fruit! I'd like to see more favioute recipes pages in the book but other than that Yayyy I totally love this item. I must say Congratulations to the person who done this book. Its not boring (like some other food diary's)

Absolutely love my food diary, it has so many different inserts and even stickers to use each day too which is where my inner child comes out to play! It’s definitely helping me stay on track with the slimming world plan. My only suggestion would be allowing the customer to choose a front cover as I know it’s something I will be buying every 7 weeks from now on so it may become a little boring having the same cover every time. Would highly recommend!
