Is there ever any doubt with a Magpul product?
I thought my Vickers blue force gear sling would always be my favorite but I honestly think I like the MS4 gen 2 better. I like having the 2 to single point ability as well as the quick adjust plate that was added on the Gen 2 instead of the loop on the original MS4 sling. All the buckles are made of steel and as strong and durable as can be, the sling material is very high quality and the sewing is exceptionally done. If you are looking for a sling don't hesitate, there won't be any problems with this sling, that is for sure!🖒Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not as good as usual
Magpul slings are historically excellent. The MS4 is the particular sling for the application I purchased it for. Usually I have no problems as they are very high quality, but in this case the adjusting device seems to not hold the sling so well, allowing the sling to extend under stress or weight. It could be because of the sling material itself which seems a bit glossy, or the buckle is too slick. I may look into Vickers for my next purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheap sling cost me a scope
I've bought cheap. Had a clip break and rifle and scope hit the ground. Bent the scope. No more. The Magpul is strong and secure. Just think about it. Why put $800+ gun and gear on a $10.00 sling.
