Some of the reviews for the weeding tool were negative but some were good, so I tried this product and I'm extremely happy that I did. Another plus was the price and they collapse making storage a lot easier. Tough blade, weak lock
OK value because the blade is sturdy and quite sharp. The telescopic handle does not stay locked, though. This can be irritating. I tend to use the knife by grasping the handle quite close to the blade. If I want to use it with the handle extended then I wrap tape around the joint.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Brilliant tool for for weeding and crevices etc, the only thing that hampers when using it extended on the telescopic mode, is that it doesn't hold, it keeps slipping back to short mode. so you have to keep adjusting it all the time, it could also be a bit longer, I'm average height and find I'm bending my back to much when using it fully extended, but it is a very good product, I recommend this item.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good but not perfect
It’s good and effective for the price but clear design flaw is under any degree of weight on the handle it buckles and gets undone. It can be remedied by slightly gripping the handle whilst keeping it in a twist position. Also the end piece comes off completely if it hits anything heavy. Bought this for a partially disabled gardener to use from a chair. The tool appears well made, has been used once on tough weeds and worked well. Comfortable grip, sensible length, but is much shorter than expected, about 3/4 length when extended of a full size shaft.. so good for using from a seated position or for a shorter person standing.
