Don't Make My Mistake, And Expect Budget Units To Perform Like This Little Beauty!
After trying out a few budget hard drives out of necessity, this little beauty finally Delivers! All my music (Cubase 8.5, Ozone 8, Band-in-a-box and Sound Forge 10 etc.) files uploaded with ease. In addition I have several quite bulky Video files, using mostly 'Cyberlink' software, and sizeable 'Adobe' photography and artwork folders. Not to mention a 'Publisher' and 'Excel' files, and there have been No glitches whatsoever, unlike the cheaper units which barely worked out of the box, or crashed with anything sizeable to do. The only downside at this time: For the price, maybe a USB3 cable a little longer would be more helpful. It only comes in around a foot or so, so you have to be Careful where you place the unit soas not to knock it off anything. Thank You, and very pleased Mr Limpopo (Penzance, Cornwall)
