Lindt Excellence is far from excellent. Having had dark chocolate previously, I thought I knew what to expect...but I really didn't. Rarely have I tasted chocolate that I so disliked. When you think of chocolate you think of sweetness and sugar but this tastes terrible. Great treat for the ketogenic diet
Though this dark chocolate can be quite bitter it is actually really tasty. I've always preferred dark chocolate to milk chocolate as it has a richer taste and more authentic ingredients. It's also great for cooking and making cakes with. The low carbohydrate/sugar content makes it great for snacking too if you're trying to watch your sugar levels.
