A sudden incidence of inflamed flakey skin facially never suffered before became a real factor in restricting socialising for weeks. The E45 Eczema repair cream applied as instructed for 3 consecutive days cleared not only the inflamed areas but ended the flakey dry skin associated to it including in the eyebrows. Two weeks on from that short course of application and no signs of a return as yet. Amazed at the effectiveness. Having a problem with dry and very itchy skin I have found this cream actually does help repair damaged areas of skin. I have found this is more helpful than Betanovate which does have a thinning effect on my.
