Great Truss, Easy 1-Person Assembly
Although slightly complicated, this unit can be assembled, rigged and raised by one person, thanks to the way the triangle trusses sit on the lifters, and the fact that it's a crank unit. Way better than I-Beam trusses. Excellent value! The support poles are HEAVY, though, and very solid and sturdy. The triangle trusses are easy to put together and can be supported with the poles on the very ends as shown in the picture, or pulled in to make to footprint smaller, while still getting the full 15' of extension. Fantastic Truss
We got this truss for multiple reasons, the adjustable sizes, the sturdy framework, and the cranks to save on physical labor. We have already used it several times and are so very pleased with its durability and functionality for something that is lightweight to move around. People have made comments when they see how easily manageable it is. good for the price
It is a good triangle truss for light weight fixtures. Easy to assemble and put up on stands very light. Has a number of pre-drilled holes in truss to attach fixtures/backdrops... I hung a couple of 1k Fresnels from mine and decided not to use usual pipe clamps but bolt and wing nut they had. I would use pipe clamps for heavy fixtures to avoid tear out.
