Great Quality - Less than Half Price
These state-of-the-art hearing aids are "as advertised". They are so small they are not easily noticed by others unless they are really looking for them, or you tell them they are there - even then, they have to look close to see them. They came with multiple sizes of sleeves to fit a broad range of ear canals, several extra batteries, and a handy carrying case. The sound quality is exceptional, improving my understanding when people speak, even in less than perfect environments or when there is background noise. I did visit a local audiologist to confirm they are the "real deal" before I wrote this review. After confirming that they are not "knock-offs", I had them reprogrammed to fine tune them for my specific needs. The local audiologist also added a couple of tinnitus therapy programs that are designed for these hearing aids, which feature can be turned off and on at will from the app on my iPhone, as well as muting, adjusting the volume, and setting the bass and treble. I couldn't be more pleased with the improvement to my hearing, and the price, the extras, and quick delivery were all a pleasant bonus.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Siemens Signia Cellion 7px Rechargeable Hearing Adis
I compared a lot of hearing aids and the Siemens Cellion 7px rechargeable aids were the best quality to value I could find. Sound quality is excellent, auto programming mode (programs change according to surrounding sounds), small and lightweight makes them almost invisible. However, my favorite aspect is that they are rechargeable! No more batteries, always fully charged, easy, easy, easy.
