Not a good value for the money.
The print quality was excellent. The issue is that I only printed 5 pages and it was already saying I was low on ink. This is ridiculous. This is a brand new unit. I usually love my epson products but this one was disappointing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

For an all in one printer it ticks all the boxes.
It arrived promptly and was a doddle to set up. Care was needed to find and remove all the transit safety tapes. I needed only 1 pc to install the CD software and do my first prints. All my other PCs picked the printer up on the network and self installed any necessary printer software. I was pleased that the ink cartridges supplied in the box were all XL size. So many printers arrive with a 5 or 6 page print supply of ink. The print quality is exceptionally good for this price range of printer. I have tried and used all its functionality without problems of any kind. The WF 2850 is a all in one Lightweight with great features
The WF 2850 was a replacement of my WF 2630 Epson. The WF 2850 was easer to set up, had a better quality of printer, faster copy, scan and fax. Color print and receive more resolutions in clarity. Love the FAX feature with the WF 2850 although not used much, it covers all communication you may run in to. I did contact Epson tech support via phone and was taken care of in a professional manor on upgrades. Great value with great performance!
I had to call tech support but when she sent me a link to use it was easy-peezy after that. The print quality is outstanding and the speed is excellent also. I have used Epson for years and when My last Workforce quit working and I had some kind of brain problem hit and I bought an HP. What was I thinking! I sold it right away and lost 50% of the purchase price but I don't care. It is out of my office! I will never switch from Epson again. A little more complicated to get set up but read everything carefully and got through it okay. Now everything works awesome!
