Cleans windows very well
It appears well made and cleaned the windows well once I'd got the hang of it. You do need to wait for the tubes to fill with water (they get slightly heavier) if fully extended but then the water comes out of the head. Cleaning is good with the brush and I found with experience to stand off the window at the top and let the water run down the window to rinse it after cleaning as then dries without marks. The squeegee is a little awkward to use on the fully extended pole so letting it dry naturally after rinsing was found to be the best and easiest method. There was one small problem that was easily resolved. The hose connector kept popping out of the tap section as the threads although tightened up were slightly undersized. This was easily resolved by wrapping PTFE tape around the thread and then tightening it up again. This actually cost less than the fee charged fr one clean professionally with poles but although using tap water instead of the supposedly filtered and deionised water the finish to the windows on a property where they'd been professionally cleaned was far superior.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good pole
The pole is substantial and rigid at full extension. It just about reaches upstairs windows of modern house - I am 1.8m tall. I wouldn't even consider using it with water. It can't work. The brush is way too heavy and is in danger of damaging pole. The wash pad is OK. The biggest disappointment is the squeegee. Good for cleaning the conservatory roof
I bought this to clean my conservatory roof, which it does with ease. As other reviewers have said it can be a bit cumbersome with a hose attached, but alternatively you can just dunk it in a bucket of water. Simple and it works
