glowwarm 13KW patio heater very pleased
this patio heater is amazing the heat it kicks out is fantastic , it is easy to set up , very solid build and top quality , the stainless steel looks brilliant and comes wrapped in a protective covering which you just peel off. it has a great radial heat so you don't have to sit right under it to benefit from the heat. very sturdy construction once built which takes approx. 30 minutes. quality regulator and the gas hose is the right length compared to some on the market. it really does put the finishing touch to any patio. Quick delivery, well made, English instructions, easy to put together, takes full size 13kg patio gas canister (the green one) works great, and has wheels to move it around. Can be a little tricky to light but no more difficult then the old rusty heater i had. Very Pleased
We received our order very quickly and it arrived well packaged. The instructions were clear and the patio heater was reasonably easy to assemble. As it is constructed of stainless steel there should be no danger of it rusting. Once we had connected the gas bottle and followed the instructions for eliminating air from the pipe it lit very quickly and easily. It gives a great hear and we look forward to using it for cooler summer evenings. Used the heater twice now and found the heat output great and easy to use. I was not expecting much with the free cover supplied, this is very high quality and fits perfect. The good points. Easy to assemble. Easy to use with great heat output. Good quality (specifically the burner itself). Superb cover (The one provide was light grey with a full length zip). The bad points The hole on the side for turning the gas bottle on and off could do with being slightly higher, (although the door is easy to open and close to do this). The hinged door lock is a bit flimsy. Overall I would definitely recommend the product at this price, looks great. A quality addition to the garden, looks fantastic and delivers fabulous heat. Unlike my 3 previous heaters that you need to keep clicking, this heater ignites instantly with a battery starter. Nice and hot
This heater took a bit of putting together. The igniter button requires a battery which wasn’t mentioned. Ours wouldn’t light but husband noticed the spring inside the button needed adjusting as battery kept going inside it. When he tightened it, it then worked immediately and has ever since. Big and bulky but seems to work ok. Took us ages to get it working. Required a battery for ignition switch. Battery wasn’t included or instructions stating it needed one.
