Had several months of extreme tiredness compounded with extreme sleepiness. Just had to lay down all day and not get my house work done. (extreme tiredness). Bought these about a month ago and took two tabs the first day. Felt big improvement begin within the first hour. Now taking one tab a day and big improvement is continuing over this whole first month now. This appears to be a fine brand with the best dosage content. Love My D3
I've been taking D3 since I lived in the north for 1 yr. That's been 7 yrs. At that time I read up & found it was good for depression mainly from long winters with little sunshine. It was good for that and much more. I take it along with vit. K2 as this will help direct D3 where it's supposed to go. I found that personally that it not only helped the winter blues, but it stopped the sniffles. I've had no colds/flu. Although I take it all year, I take it in larger IU`s especially in the winter.
