Wife and I are diabetic and use it to help our blood circulation as well as body work out. It has helped relive pain in my wife's lower legs as well as help us both incardio, we go for reps rather than weight, but we add weight as we gain strength! I would definitely recommend this machine. Maximum weight is 214 lbs, but we will never need more than that. The product is a good value for an inexpensive home cable system. The very detailed instructions make the assembly process easy if you carefully read and follow the instructions. Great inexpensive product!
Took a few weeks for the 2 boxes that contained all the parts to arrive, but it arrived. Instruction manual says it takes 2 people to assemble. I am a 67 year old male and put it together myself, albeit carefully. Total construction time was about 7 hours. I've used it several times already. It is perfect for my intents and purposes.
