Does the job
I purchased the Draper 68154 Heavy duty Cable cutter to cut stainless steel braided reinforced automotive oil and fuel hose, it does the job efficiently, leaving a nice clean cut ready to accept the hose ends. I have only used it on hose up to 16mm diameter to date. I don't know the maximum size that can be cut. There are similar tools available that look the same and which are considerably more expensive, I don't believe that they could do the job any better. I've not had the tool long so I can't comment on the durability but so far it has not shown any problems. In common with similar designs the long handles make it a bit cumbersome to use but with the correct vice jaws to hold the pipe securely it is not a problem.
