Flimsy but do the job
I cannot give it a good review like a chef could as I use it for a tray more than for cooking on. Of all the cooking trays I have owned, these are the flimsiest of them all. After a few uses, the food sticks to them and when washing them up, you need to use something more than a sponge but if you do there will not be any non-stick surface left. Personally, I use them more for transfering items from the microwave to a kitchen surface, so not to be burned.
