Final Authority with dogmatism
I had to sift the facts from the emotions of the author. The facts are compelling, correct and extremely helpful to guide one towards understanding the Authority of the Sacred Scriptures and their Divine Preservation through out human history. However, speaking the Truth in Love is a tough road of faith to take. Zealousness and over zealousness pervades this authors position and comes through in the book revealing silently the authors lack of humility and kindness. This is what I sensed in this book; salt and peppered with the Truth behind the Final Authority of Scripture, manuscripts, preservation, translation and translations. It is an excellent, factual work. It proves it's case and I agree with it's data. Authors don't need to be so macho, dogmatic, angry, ready for aggression and battle. Jesus loves children, even intelligent children; don't you agree? Even children can relate profound truth without being offensive. Dr. Grady, are you a child of God? Then act like it! Good book. A great resource
This written work be William Grady is a tremendous resource that any Bible believing Christian should have in their library. I personally recommend Grady’s other publications as well. The book provides a multifaceted defense of the inerrancy of the Authorized King James Bible of 1611. William Grady was personally acquainted with Dr. Peter Ruckman. Grady asked Ruckman if he could quote him in his book but Ruckman suggested to leave his name out. Many people have a strong vitriol and hatred towards Peter Ruckman. I personally love the man and his work. Grady left him out because most people would discredit the work if he mentions Ruckman. However, despite Ruckman not being directly quoted, he made several allusions to Ruckman. Even one of the spine of the book. He had Ruckman draw him a lion and asked if he could put it on his book. The lion is sort of a hint and giggle to all of those Ruckmanites (people who like Ruckman and believe the King James Bible is perfect) out there.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
