Excellent for HIIT workouts at a good price
A very useful piece of gym equipment at an excellent price for doing HIIT training. Sturdy, easy to assemble and folds away to nothing if needed. The only gripe would be the size and position of the console as it is impossible to read while exercising, although I'm not sure where else they could have put it! I use a clock with a second hand to time intervals and that works well. A warning though - this is a serious piece of kit which is not for the faint hearted! Abs Fab! Very easy to put together and looks the business!
Hi, I have only just opened it as it was a Birthday Gift from my Hubby! I have not ever been as impressed as this with ALL the pieces of exercise equipment I have purchased ! THANKYOU for giving me the courage to want to climb a Mountain! I am full of arthritis in most of my body but today I am going to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa!
