Poorly made and does not work
When this product is pressed into the ear and twisted, the handle has a sharp and rough edge which scratches the ear and feels very uncomfortable, personally I have not managed to remove any ear wax despite sanding down the rough edges on the handle. So overall this product is made cheaply and at the end of the day, does not do what it is supposed to do. Don’t waste your money on this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
