Helps my Fibromyalgia pain
A friend recommended this for my FMS pain and gave me a sample to try. It is not a painkiller so not harmful to the stomach or addictive. But it kind of masks the pain a little with the cold effect. I use it morning and night. It definitely helps me to get going in the morning and to feel a bit more comfortable at night. I would recommend it for arthritis pain and muscular pain too.
